Click image for larger version) Description L: 12.5 - 14 cm The Reed Warbler is a plain unstreaked warbler. It is warm brown above and buff underneath. It is found in most of England and Wales during the summer. It spends the winter in Africa. Its breeding habitat is reed beds. Reed Warbler nests are often parasitised by Cuckoos. There are about 130000 breeding pairs in the UK.
